Brewery Tap Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and skilled individual to join our small Brewery Tap team.

Duties will include:

- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Serve customers and provide recommendations on drink selections

- Ensure the Tap Room is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times

- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently

- Help across the whole brewery when needed.

- There may be extra hours available as part of our event team during weddings and special events in our event space, The End Hemmel.

Person Specification:

- Aged 18 or over 

- Must be able to work Friday & Saturday

- Previous experience in hospitality

- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively

- Ability to work well in a small team and have a proactive attitude

- Basic knowledge of beer or have an interest in learning more

- We are based on a farm in a rural location with no direct access to public transport so access to a car is essential.

Job Type: 14 hours a week (potential for further hours)

Pay:  £12.60 per hour

Contract: 12 months
