Brewery Tap & Events Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and skilled individual to join our small Brewery Tap and Events team.

Duties will include:

- Assist with opening & closing duties as assigned

- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Serve customers and provide recommendations on drink selections

- Ensure the Tap Room and/or Event Space is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times

- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently

- Help across the whole brewery if/when needed.

-Person Specification:

- Aged 18 or over 

- Must be able to work weekends, including a Friday

- Previous experience in hospitality required

- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively

- Ability to work well in a small busy team and have a proactive attitude

- Basic knowledge of beer or have an interest in learning more

- We are based on a farm in a rural location, with no direct access to public transport so access to a car is essential!

Job Type: Part Time - 0 hour contract, hours will vary weekly depending on events and tap schedule.

Pay:  £13.45 per hour (living wage).

Please note hours would start in April 2026.
